School Transportation

Luxury Transportation

All residential customers will be called exactly one/half hour before scheduled pick-up by the assigned driver. The driver will confirm reservation time, address and any other job specific details required i.e. gate codes, special instructions etc.

AIRPORT PICKUP

Customers will normally be picked up In the courtesy vehicle Pick Up Area. Designated by Blue 1 or 2 or Red 1 or 2.

Delayed Flights

Whenever possible we monitor all flight arrivals to avoid customers incurring unnecessary charges because of flight delays. However, because of circumstances beyond our control, such as lost luggage, lightning delaying transfer of bags to the luggage carousels etc. we reserve the right to charge a waiting fee of $10 per 15 minutes beginning 30 minutes after the flight lands.

Payment Methods

All payments are paid online via credit card. We accept major credit cards- Visa, Master Card, and American Express along with certified funds. We do not accept cash nor debit cards. However drivers can receive cash tips if you feel as though your driver deserves one.

Do you allow smoking in your vehicles?

All vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING. If any passenger smokes in a vehicle a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 will apply, plus cost of repairs for any damage related to smoking.

Do all vans have real time GPS tracking?

Our vehicles are outfitted with state-of-the-art GPS trackers that provide real-time monitoring and automatic playback features. This ensures continuous tracking and oversight during all pickups and drop-offs. Additionally, our vans are equipped with video surveillance for enhanced safety measures.

Will I be charged if I cancel?

ALL Cancellations require a 48 hour notice and confirmation by a Diamond Charnea staff member. Deposits are non-refundable for luxury transportation rides, but can be transferable to another open date. If child misses a school day or doesn’t get their ride at scheduled pick-up regular fees will still be charged.

Is there a cleaning charge?

Extra charges may be imposed for excessive mess by passengers (this includes excessive trash, food, alcohol cans, bottles, etc.) at $250.00. Please help to avoid cleaning charges by removing your trash at the end of your event. No shoes are allowed on the seats, walls, countertops or ceiling.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. Smoking in our vehicle(s) will result in: 1st offense: $250 fee, 2nd offense: dismissal from the vehicle with NO REFUND.This INCLUDES vapor and electronic smoking devices.

Damage or Theft

The client is responsible for all guest damages and items stolen from Diamond Charnea Transportation.

Other Policies

Client agrees that no illegal drugs will be consumed, possessed, or distributed in ) Diamond Charnea Transportation vehicle(s). Client agrees that the passenger capacity of any vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. In case of misconduct or drug use by client or their party, or if driver is being or feels threatened, the driver has the right to terminate service without any refunds and drop all passengers off at the nearest safe location. Client holds Diamond Charnea Transportation harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of client and/or their party. Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by client or their party during service, either willfully or accidentally, this includes but not limited to garbage left and or detailing required. Any actions that cause damage on our vehicle(s) can result in extra charge. If any under age drinking, bullying, or drug use occurs, the service will be terminated immediately with no refund. The minors will be returned to the original pick up location and the parents will be called.
