Drivers –

Cell phone use is prohibited and we have a zero-tolerance policy for texting and talking while driving.

Drive carefully and conscientiously.

Obey all traffic laws.

Never talk on the phone (even on speaker) or text at any time during the ride. Set your navigation BEFORE you depart from the pickup location. Always keep your eyes on the road.

Do not leave a drop-off destination until the passenger is safely inside and they wave to indicate that he or she is ready for you to leave.

The Drivers aren’t permitted to drive to make any unscheduled stops other than what is on their schedule. Children should use the restroom before their ride.

Drivers aren’t permitted to have outside communication with parents, all communication must go through dispatch.

Riders –

Stay in your seat, with your seatbelt on at all times.

Sit in the backseat if under the age of 13. Younger children will sit closer.

No eating or drinking during a commutes.

No rough-housing, yelling, or distracting the driver.

When you get to your destination, go directly to where you’re supposed to be.

Keep your hands to yourself. Speak kindly and courteously.

Be nice to everyone in the car.

All riders must be registered.

No standing allowed when vehicle is in motion.

Absolutely, no bullying nor fighting.

 No one is permitted to stand or unbuckle safety belt until vehicle has come to a complete stop.

If your child has the check -in process then you will receive text confirmation when your child enters and exits the vehicle.

All children that are required to have booster seats please provide one. Also, if you’d prefer your child ride in a booster seat and they aren’t required by law let us know.
